But you just can't be bothered going through the crates, finding the things, photographing and writing up details and prices and actually getting round to selling them...

But you really should and really have to... Yeah. (Continues to sit on couch).

I can 100% relate to this! I have storage bins of stuff in the garage I need to sort to sell but just can't be assed...

Zero communication from EB that my Ecto-1 was ready.
In store they could just comment that "everyone" was contacted

Yeah they are not the best with that. When I ordered both my Iron Man Helmet and Fall of Cybertron, I went in on the day of release, they didn't have them and didn't for a week after release but they sent them out to all the people who ordered online and weren't picking them up in store.

Orthia - such an odd combiner
I skipped the initial releases of Elta-1, Moonracer, Novastar but I caved for the special releases of Greenlight, Nightbird, Lancer that cost $50 + postage and i ended up getting Chromia to get the whole set
So an expensive weirdly coloured combiner that I feel Hasbro knew wouldn't sell unless they make some of them exclusives

Getting hyped that we finally got the Spark Armor figures in New Zealand only to find out that it's the Wave 2 case assortment, which conveniently doesn't contain either Sky Byte or Jetfire, the two figures I actually bleeding wanted.

I ordered an e-Scooter on Friday from a store in Auckland and it arrived on Monday (yesterday)- it wasn't cheap at $1500
Later on Monday evening I took a look at the website to see how much a spare charger was (for work) and what other accessories they had on offer, with the intent of doing an order when I got back from overseas

The scooter I had just purchased was now on sale for $1300; so I continued our email conversation advising how I was a touch salty it was all of a sudden on sale after my purchase and could we arrange a post sale arrangement
Their reply - no
At which point I saw red - pointed to their returns page that says I could now do a change of mind return and get store credit, purchase the scooter again and be up $200 in store credit - at which point they should see common sense.
Also their website is full of "we want to make you happy" and "talk to us to see how we can help"

Be interesting if they now reply or if they go silent

The Warehouse packing. They taped 2 boxed things together, again, and its damaged both of the boxes.

Also how life can just deliver a lot of sucky things at the same time.

I never know if I am asking too much for the things I sell on Trade Me but also I don't want to sell too cheaply...

Things go on clearance so you buy the ones you need to finish the set.

Day they arrive somewhere else sells the hole set for half the price you paid all up.

... Is... Is my collecting a joke to you Collectorcron?

Collecting these days, its become such a drag, between the going over ground thats been done, the toys not being better than the older ones unless they are done in a bigger size class (starscream, shockwave) and the fact there is enough characters missing they could of done the WFC trilogy without even having to touch backwards (victory, masterforce, headmasters, G 1.5/2) i find myself annoyed, without collecting i spend my money on food as well, this is a really hard habbit to break, gahhh annoyed, rant over

After my trip to Europe this year I stopped purchasing most things - just to give myself a break.
Since then I have only had a handful of orders from Toyco when they have got new stuff in, and I finally got an imported toy (Gen Selects Star Convoy) when passing through HK Airport.

I need to pull everything out of storage again and start the sale process again (making sure the images I have relate to items I still have for sale) - then listing them for sale

Pull phone out of pocket, watch phone fall to ground
Pick up phone, think "phew, screen protector got the damage"
Turn on phone, realise that the LCD panel is broken completely

Order new phone from Amazon.
Glad I am currently not collecting toy robots so I could afford this "whoopsie"
