The Warehouse Albany refusing to match in-store their Red Alert price on the Darth Vader Black Series Centerpiece while at least three other Warehouses around the country have for other collectors. Grr.....

Amazon - pre ordered Predaking with free postage for mid September delivery
This morning it came in stock and they asked for postage. When I gave them my blessing to charge my card (aka, added some funds into my account) they snuck in postage costs.

Hopefully my chat with support goes well

Got into work this morning to find out that the person who sat behind me at work (a contractor) had been killed in a car accident last night.

https://www.odt.co.nz/news/dunedin/publ ... atal-crash

He only got the car last week ...

There is something however missing from what is in the media - I don't see how hitting a pole can be fatal espy in such a modern car
Speculation that there was a medical incident.

Has made work this morning a little hard, espy when certain things happen that I would normally turn around and chat about

Online stores that mean you can't pick the figure you want.

I want this Usagi Yojimbo but can't get to any of our Farmers stores during the sale and know no one I can send to go look for him or even if he is still around because its not like stock photos are reliable now :?

I don't even really need him but its like... Samurai Rabbit... Want...

I would, but I’ve sold off a few that I felt weren’t the best representation of that character.
Like classics bee, swapped out a hot soldiers bumblebee as I felt he needed a small bot representation rather than a deluxe.
Also got rid of hasbro sunny an hound as I felt the hasbro ones were lacking, so I’m waiting for a decent price on takara molds for those.

Man, MP Transformers have gotten expensive.
I did a single order for MP-42 Cordon (repaint of Sunstreaker) and the cost before shipping is more than the shipped cost of Sunstreaker ..

Why Takara!
