One for play, one to put away!

And those Resolute packs aren't out till near the end of the year.

Masterpiece Grimlock arrived today!

I can't believe I put off buying this toy for a year, it's especially retarded since Grimlock is by far one of my top 5 TFS ever.

He is great, Not a pain at all to transform, loads of playability, He's pretty much the original toy but Huge with awesome articulation!

The waiter outfit for his Dino mode entertains me to no end.

- Human Alliance Barricade, via Gravitron. He's pretty swish, has weird legs though, and I'm not a fan of the spiked tyre arm. Still, it's worlds better than Deluxe Barricade!

- Few more Joes: Scarlett, Cover Girl, Reactive Armour Duke, another Elite Viper, and also Sabertooth from the Wolverine line.

universe Darkwing [Darkwind due to trademark issues].

He is very pretty, and his simple transformation doesn't offend me like his mold partner Silverbolt. Funny what difference a deco can make! :D

cheers Zippo!

G1 Swindle. Love this little guy. It's given me incentive to scout out the rest of the team.

Are those reboot toys vintage or modern?

Vintage. Do they have a modern line?

I didnt find it a Toyworld sorry to say I just happend to see it in Palmys "Heroes for sale" in a box full of Joes he was $8 and i have a friend really wanting him so i snaged it but no he says he's ordered it online so i guess he will just sit in a bag with the rest of my joes.

BSG Tigh & Gaeta were just under $70 Gaetas has a head sculpt that lest resembles Gaeta it looks like a modifid apollo head with eye liner. I'm really not happy with Diamond select toys at the moment there concidering canceling the SG-1 line before the next wave is released and they havent even released a Apophis figure and there head sculpts are getting lazy its just piss poor. :x we need to get Character Group onto SG-1 because they easily make the best action figures (Doctor Who). Ok Tacked on rant over :)

Don't get me started on Diamond Select! We'll be lucky if we ever manage to get BSG Laura Rosalin (only one of the two main characters of the frakkin' show!), Quark and a decent Kira aren't ever coming for DS9, they keep showing us these figures that never make it beyonf preorder and now all their cool action figure lines are 'on hiatus' for the rest of the year, if not dead entirely.

Character Options really have some of the best sculpting around right now - no line has a better likeness ratio than the Who figures! And now that the 7th Doctor is out I'm only two Docs short of a Time Lord!

Would you believe they clearanced those for a couple of bucks each at The Warehouse back in the day? If memory serves, it was alongside tons and tons of the G2 Go-Bots. I have fond memories of sifting through huge bins of those.

Ah Reboot...awesome :) I too brought many of those figures from the Warehouse back in the day for $1.99. Those day's were the best...Playmates Star Trek figures....Dinsaurs....Land of the Lost figures as well. I would love waiting for the mailer - seeing that the figures were reduced to 1.99 and then proceeding to visit every Warehouse in Auckland to try and get em all! :) Heh.

Megabyte (the evil dude) reminded me heaps of Megatron. I really liked the poseability of those figures too :) Remember finding all but Hack and Slash....then after ages had gone by I came across them in an obscure location and completed the set.

Reboot...old school! :)

Here are the pics of my Reboot dudes (super poseable) :

And Dinosaur's (not so poseable!) :

And the cheesy 90's Land of the Lost tv show dudes :

On a side note - for YEARS I've been after the Treehouse playset for this set of figures....I saw it at DEKA Onehunga back in the day but never seen it since...not even on ebay and its not listed on most "Action figure Checklists". If anyone has this I'll definitely be interested!

All of the above items were captured during the Warehouse $1.99 price blitz! I miss those days!!
