Toy world has just started a sale as well 20% off tfs as well, but G1 20th prime is going for a super low $40! and mighty mugs are $15. good stock out west. G1 20th prime as in the Hasbro version of masterpiece prime? or do you mean 25th anniversary prime? yea its that horrible Hasbro G1 reissue prime. The one that's more more pink than red. Defiantly not the materpiece one.

Opening him up recreated some of the magic of opening up my original one. Stickers were a lovely surprise!

I picked one up at $40 when Hasbro was having their "Big Sale" in their warehouse late last year. Not bad considering it came with a comic book and a voice box, but the salmon pink red does some what annoy me. It seems Hasbro is always having trouble getting the red right in their toys, even their version of masterpiece prime is orangy pink, so is universe Starscream, ROTF Devastator and masterpiece Starscream. Think I better stop before I get too off topic

As for the DVD mp prime i own 3, the colour is fine really. Sometimes i think the Takara ones look a little sinister with their almost blood red.

Farmers: 20% off Legends (now $7.99) and Scouts ($15.99) 40% off Star Wars Transformers (now $23.99) Valid until 3 March
Warehouse: University students get a 12.5% discount if you show your ID card. Looks like this applies to almost everything, including toys.

You can get the student discount with your student ID card issued by your university, not with the BNZ sponsored Student Card. Here's the full details from the ad I saw in the Auckland University orientation magazine: Quote: This discount applies to students with student ID Offer valid from 17 February - 2 March 2010 Exclusions include: Phone recharge cards, mobile phone cards, gift vouchers, music vouchers, prescriptions. 5% off gaming hardware, TVs and grocery.

loismustdye wrote: saw the recent toyworld mailer and theres a sale on up to 80 percent off GI JOe roc and indy, wolverine, and sum gi joe figs at 5 for 10 dollars.. starts tomorrow, but unsure as to whether it applies to all Oh yeah! Now that's a price I can rationalise buying Joe's at. Pity I've already got most of the wolverine stuff that I liked. Maybe I can get some more of the Indy German soldiers too. I looked on the website and it seems to apply to most stores around the country. I know where I'm headed tomorrow.
