I don't understand the need to have a third O Prime figure. I didn't really see the problem with the previous versions. I understand the change in Megatron. His second form looks so much beeter, alas I brought the first version and cannot justifying the second when I have so many other MPs to buy. Surely a Galvatron or even a triple changer should be looked at first

Love the Spike & Sparkplug figures (Really bugged me we didn't have a Sparkplug so far"
We have 9 months to save, no probs.

i would put aside 100 per month then, because bouncing dollar and the tax is going to be the real beast of this toy, unless you can get it under the radar

Yeah definitely. Plus Hound is on the horizon, so it should be an expensive month ;)

I do love that this 3rd Prime is proper cartoon accurate. Mp-10 was great, but the silver trim on his cab windows always bugged me. Not to mention silver strips on his vehicle mode cab. He was a great hybrid of things, and awesome at the time, but a proper cartoon accurate Prime is just too good to pass up.
Also, pick up an MP-36 Megatron, or a Sunstreaker, compare them to Prowl or Starscream. Quality and complexity has improved so much.
I was messing around with Megatron today, and he just feels solid.
Very very excited for V 3.0 Prime.

I'm going to wait for the superior to orignal knock off like I did for MP Megatron. This is more then double for what I paid for Fan toys Omega Surpreme!

Do you have a link to this 3rd party Megatron. If the price is right and is a great figure may purchase

Just spent a good 30 minutes looking at MP-10 vs MP-44 and .. I do now want MP-44
It still annoys me that Takara changed design with MP-22 Magnus to go animation over upgraded G1 toy

Need to find some finances for MP-29+ and MP-36+ and then try to sell the original versions..

That could be an interesting topic. I much prefer that Magnus was animation and not white prime with trailer armour. Am I the only one?

Nope. I am totally happy with MP22. The Magnus I loved as a kid was an all-in-one.

Also, Amazon Japan have MP44 for $313 USD.

Have to say, wasn't expecting these two to turn up in the Movie Masterpiece line

MPM-08 2007 Megatron
MPM-09 2007 Jazz (with spinal column)

MPM 2007 Megatron is so out of left field and I love that they’ve done it - ESPECIALLY releasing bisectable Jazz at the same time. He looks amazing but sadly I’m not in the target market. EDIT: he does the slap-together hand cannon?!!

Mind you, with my income I’m not even able to splurge on a Botbot...but that’s what forum pics and YouTube reviews are for!

Been a bit of MP news lately.

+ version of Bluestreak - now with Retooling! Heck yeah! I love the edition of more toon accurate shoulder cannons and a smiling face.

MP-45 is Bumblebee 2.0. - Heck yes! Proper Toon accurate vehicle mode. This excites me for a number of reasons, but the main is it opens the door for the likes of Cliffjumper, who's cartoon vehicle is a 'chibi' version of a real car.

Wonderfest also had a proto for MP Blackarachnia. Complete surprise for me, as I would’ve bet on Waspinator or Rattrap being next. Excited to see official images of her

Where the heck are the '86 Movie Decepticons and Triplechangers? (To be fair, Destrons are not as popular in Japan, but c'mon).

Also, more MP-47 Hound pics
